Reiki is a spiritual practice celebrated the world over as a technique that reduces stress and catalyzes the body’s natural ability to heal. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that anyone can do–it only requires an empowerment or attunement (called reiju in Japanese) to perform.

Each month Nicholas offers a free online Reiki share to enable people across the world to join for practice, self-healing, and cultivating greater peace. Participants will enjoy guided Reiki meditations, hands-on and remote healing practice, reflections on the Five Precepts , and remote reiju (empowerment/attunement).

For our 2025 cycle of online Reiki shares we will focus on a special element, practice, or teaching in the system of Reiki each month. The focus for March is gokai: the Five Precepts of the system of Reiki. Learn about their history, meaning, and role in Reiki.

Registration is offered on a sliding scale; pay what you can to support this community event. Choose from $0.00 – $20.00, or select a custom amount.

All lineages, forms of practice, and levels of training (including no training at all) are welcome.

The session will be recorded, and the replay is available for one month after the event.

About the facilitator:

Nicholas Pearson is an award-winning author and Reiki teacher. He began his Reiki journey in 2006 and has trained in traditional styles of Japanese Reiki, including Usui Reiki Ryoho, Jikiden Reiki, and Komyo ReikiDo, as well as traditional and non-traditional forms of Western Reiki, like Usui Shiki Ryoho, Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, and Kundalini Reiki. Nicholas strives to offer Reiki training, practice sessions, and other events that unite practitioners of all lineages by helping us understand how and where Reiki developed and where it can take us.

Nicholas is also a Certified Medical Reiki Master and a Let Animals Lead® Animal Reiki practitioner and teacher, and serves on the Board of Directors of Shelter Animal Reiki Association. He formerly served as board member of the National Reiki in Healthcare Certification Initiative and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals, Shibumi International Reiki Association, and Reiki Healing Association. His seminal Reiki book, Foundations of Reiki Ryoho: A Manual of Shoden and Okuden, is available in English and Italian.

Nicholas offers an online Reiki share each month. He has delivered keynote speeches at numerous conferences, including Celebration of Reiki and the Vermont Reiki Association’s annual meeting. Nicholas offers seminars on crystal healing, Reiki, and flower essence therapy online and around the world. He is the author of nine books and lives in Orlando, Florida, USA.
